When I go for training rides, I rarely talk to the people I pass on my way. Mostly because it goes so fast ;) On my ride yesterday I was forced to stop and change my plans for the training ride, which actually turned out to be quite a nice experience and a reminder..

Garmin will be supporting me in the future with nice stuff like Cycling GPS’s, mobile phone and watches.

I’ve already been using the Garmin Edge 705 the last year. Soon I’ll be using the new Edge 800 with touchscreen. For the races I am using Edge 500, which is small, easy and still provides you with all the essential facts

I upload my data to garmin connect, where I keep track on my training files, excellently visualised on maps and charts. For example (from this year’s Danish XCO Championship):
